La Musikfest - Paris Philharmonie
La Musikfest, the festival founded by Liya Petrova in 2020, opened a new chapter with it's first edition in the Philharmonie de Paris.
Joined by her collaborator Alexandre Kantorow, Liya curated an original programme combining some of the masterpieces of the chamber music repertoire with rarely performed gems. The festival also featured the French premieres of works by Dorbinka Tabakova and Anders Hillborg, as well as a serie of interludes by Bulgarian composer Slavy Dimov, specially commissioned to create a unique experiences for the audience by building musical bridges between styles, periods and centuries.
